Shipping Policy

As a small baking business, all orders are baked to order.  Depending on the time of order, it may be 1-2 weeks before your order is ready for pick-up.  The information as to when your order will be ready for pick-up will be sent to you after you have completed your order and payment is received.  Pick-up of products is from Bloor and Islington area, in Etobicoke, Ontario. 

If delivery is arranged, we aim to deliver our products in perfect condition. Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to assist with any delivery issues.  Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
